2. Not a medical device

The Jawcradle is a cosmetic and general wellness product. It is not a medical device.

It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, disorder, or medical condition. It has not been evaluated, cleared, licensed, or approved by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the European Medicines Agency, or any other regulatory authority for any medical purpose.

Nothing about this product should be understood as a substitute for medical, dental, dermatological, orthodontic, or surgical treatment.

3. Not medical advice

Nothing on this Site, in our emails, in our advertising, in our social media content, or in our customer support communications is medical, dental, or professional advice.

All content is general information about a consumer product, offered for educational purposes only. Any explanation of skin structure, collagen, elastin, ageing, or how the product is designed to work is a general description of a mechanism, not a clinical claim about what will happen to you.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new wellness routine, and about any question you have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read here.

4. Results are not guaranteed and are not typical

Individual results vary and depend on age, skin condition, genetics, hormonal status, weight, lifestyle, overall health, and how consistently the product is used.

  • Any timeline mentioned anywhere on this Site, including references to a first week or an eight-week period, describes a suggested usage schedule and the experience some customers report. It is not a promise or prediction of when or whether you will see a change.
  • No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. The Jawcradle may not work for you.
  • Descriptive language used in our marketing, including terms such as firmer, lifted, tighter, or reduced appearance of sagging, refers to appearance, not to any physiological or structural change to your body that has been clinically established in you.

The only promise we make is the one in our Return and Refund Policy: if you are not happy, we refund you within 30 days.

Testimonials, customer reviews, ratings, photos, and any before-and-after images shown on the Site or in our advertising reflect the individual experiences of the people who provided them.

We are a consumer products business. We are not physicians, dermatologists, dentists, physiotherapists, or licensed practitioners of any kind, and we do not hold ourselves out as such.

7. Accuracy of content

We make a reasonable effort to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we make no representation or warranty that any content is complete, current, or free from error.

Product descriptions, specifications, imagery, pricing, and availability may change without notice, and typographical or technical errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any error and to update or remove content at any time. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, resell, or create derivative works from our content, or use our name, logo, or product imagery in your own advertising, listings, or storefronts, without our prior written permission.

Unauthorized use, including counterfeit listings and copied ad creative, will be reported to the relevant platform and pursued where appropriate.

9. Third-party links and platforms

The Site and our advertising may link to third-party websites, apps, marketplaces, and social media platforms.

We do not control those services, we do not endorse their content, and we are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, products, or privacy practices. Any dealings you have with a third party are between you and that third party.

10. Advertising

We advertise on third-party platforms including social media and search. Our advertising is subject to the same disclaimers on this page. Where an ad, video, or landing page describes what the product is designed to do, that description is subject to Sections 2, 3, 4, and 5 above.

If you believe you have seen an ad using the Jawcradle name that did not come from us, please report it to help@jawcradle.com.

11. Limitation of liability

Our liability to you is limited as set out in Section 12 of our Terms and Conditions, which is incorporated here by reference.

Nothing on this page or in our Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
